Sabrina was incredibly gentle and patient with Tori, going above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. What truly impressed us was her meticulous attention to detail-not only did she perform two thorough washes (which isn’t a small feat with such a hairy dog!) but she also took proactive measures to safeguard Tori’s ears with a protective hat, preventing any water from causing discomfort. Plus, she double-checked his nails and ear cleanliness to ensure everything was in tip-top shape. When I met her, I was immediately reassured that she was comfortable and confident with dogs. We have two rescues who are adorable but not always the easiest to handle. Sabrina and her Mum, Jayne have also done House Sitting when we are on holidays or business trips. The house is always left tidy and the dogs well looked after. Sabrina from Whiskers & Woofers in Kings Norton, Leicester, is an absolute gem! From the moment we met her for the initial introduction, my 8-month old pup, Buddy was instantly smitten and her vibrant, positive energy was infectious. We booked an hour-long session but when Buddy injured his paw in the backyard, Sabrina was incredibly understanding and promptly rescheduled for when he was healed.

Today Sabrina arrived right on time and after a lovely dog-focussed chat, I handed Buddy over with his lead and beloved tennis ball. During their walk she kept me updated with videos and pictures, showcasing her natural talent with dogs. Buddy had a blast coming back soaking wet from a swim in the pool-he clearly didn’t want the adventure to end! Sabrina`s care and enthusiasm made it clear she loves what she does and Buddy adores her. Thank you Sabrina for taking such great care of my baby! We`ll definitely be booking again. 5 stars *****
